Kimberly Willis joined the team in September 2023 and is the 发展执行主任 for the Departments of Neurology & 脑科学和物理医学 & Rehabilitation. In this role she provides strategy and vision to ensure philanthropic support to both departments in close partnership with the department directors and other faculty members and clinicians. She is passionate about partnering with donors to support the work of faculty, clinicians and students who are dedicated to patient care and groundbreaking research.

Kimberly has been at Johns Hopkins for over 20 years and in her most recent role was the Senior Director of Development at the Whiting School of Engineering. 在成为一线筹款人之前, 她花了10年时间处理校友关系, 志愿者参与和活动管理.

Kaylin Kopcho

Kaylin Kopcho joined the neurology development team in November 2014. She connects the passions of individuals and organizations with philanthropic investment opportunities in the division of advanced clinical neurology, 神经免疫学和神经感染科, and the division of Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders. Additionally, 凯琳是该部门的首席礼品官, focused on establishing and maintaining philanthropic relationships that may result in transformative philanthropy and/or align with strategic initiatives of the director and special projects. She previous served as senior associate director of development, managing and mentoring both frontline fundraising and operations team members.

Kopcho graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a B.Ph. 专注于药理学. She wrote a thesis exploring the impact of the off-label usage and fast-tracking of the approval process for certain cox-2 inhibitors. Currently, she serves on the board of directors for Roland Park Place as a member of the strategic planning and philanthropy committees.

She worked with grateful patients to support the neuroscience and orthopaedic service lines. Jessica Lynn joined the neurology team in January of 2023 as assistant director of development.
